We love seeing active kids and involving them in all the fun so we always conduct a Kids Run as part of the Surf Coast Century weekend. We have over 200 kids aged from 3 to 12yrs take part each year and the atmosphere is always fun and electric – JOIN US FOR 2025!
When: 9am, Sunday 14 September, 2025
Where: NEW LOCATION – Start / Finish at Anglesea Green, under the finish arch of the 100km/50km event.
(NOTE, previous years, the Kids Run has started on the Anglesea Main Beach – this is NOT the case for 2025)
Registration / Race Bib Collection: Anglesea Green (next to the Bowls Club)
Who: For kids aged up to age 12 Years
Distance: 2.5km
Cost: $12 entry – includes race plate, ribbon and fruit at the finish
(note, a parent / guardian will be required to attend Registration with child)

Please note, this run is NOT a race! It is purely participation-based to get the kids involved in this inspiring event weekend. Participants will receive a race plate however the event is NOT timed.
COURSE MAP
The course starts and finishes at Anglesea Green – where the big expo and finish line is for the Surf Coast Century 100km and 50km. The course does a complete lap of the Anglesea River in between. Kids do not cross any roads or get near any traffic, and the course is marked with arrows with marshals at key locations.
